A sensitive and poetic journey into the heart of the Pyrenees – an immersive performance

What if a night in a mountain refuge became a sensory, poetic and inspiring experience? With the Rendez-vous des Cimes, discover the Pyrenees through an immersive show that invites you to rethink our connection to the mountains, exploring the links between nature, culture and community. It all begins with a presentation and tasting of local produce, followed by a discussion led by facilitators to explore the natural environments found in the mountains. After a hearty meal served by our mountain hut wardens, it’s time for a live screening of an illustrator’s work. The drawings, which focus on mountain-related environments (summer pastures, aquatic habitats, wetlands, ridges, borders…), are accompanied by quotes from researchers, mountaineers and prominent figures from the mountain world, all set against an immersive soundscape. Forty timeless minutes on stage, before you head off to bed to recharge your batteries… ready for the next day’s adventures.
