Since 2021, it has taken on a new dimension, not only because of the first concrete signs of construction (asphalt plants, tree clearing, the start of work, etc.) but above all because of the growing number of groups opposing this highway project [...] Isabelle Haelvoët traces the history of the resistance movement’s rise. Having followed the struggle from its inception, she has earned the trust of the various people involved on the ground. She draws on her own footage, journalistic archives, and images captured by activists. This screening is presented as part of the Spectacles de Grands Chemins festival in Haute-Ariège (movie theater prices apply)
