Introduction to traditional hand weaving: calculating the weave pattern, warping, threading the heddles, attaching the heddles, tensioning the loom, and weaving.
Introduction to traditional hand weaving: calculating the weave pattern, warping, threading the heddles, attaching the heddles, tensioning the loom, and weaving. Small-group instruction: maximum of 3 people per workshop. The workshop consists of 25 hours spread over 4 to 5 days (depending on participants’ preferences).
Each participant will leave with a piece they have made themselves.
