Meet at 1.30pm in front of our partner store to get your AE mountain bike and helmet.
Then it's off to explore the surrounding mountain trails with ease. There will be regular breaks to talk about fauna, flora or heritage, or to give you technical tips on cycling.
You'll ride in small groups of 2 to 10 people max.
Please bring: casual clothing, sneakers, backpack with snacks and water, sunglasses.
